"If youre bored with road running and looking for something to perk up your running, try this race. It is so different to any experience a road run could give you. Go for a time if you must, but there is such comaradie amongst the runners, trip/fall/sink and loads will help and laugh with you. The scenery is beautiful (if you have the guts to take your eyes off the path) you have to think all the way around, no need for iPods to keep you motivated. You get dirty, you fall, you laugh, you chat, you just enjoy. Do it at least once, but be careful, like me you may want more!" - Runner's World Forum 20th May 08
