My car, smashed
When I got home from work yesterday I saw a small note on the floor by the front door, headlined: "The Metropolitan Police". My heart sank. I knew it could only be bad news, and it could only be something to do with my car. It was, and it was. Some local woman drove her car into my parked car. There are greater disasters in the world today, but at the moment this is mine.
